Can you accommodate same day delivery?

Yes, we offer same day delivery.

How much is the delivery fee?

We utilize a 3rd party courier for delivery. Delivery fee will depend on the location.

How to order?

1. Choose the products you want.
2. Select your preferred delivery date and timeframe.
3. Add to cart.
4. Proceed to checkout.
5. Fill in all the necessary shipping, message, and instruction details.
6. Go to payment.
7. Select payment method and enter voucher code if applicable.
8. Click on complete order.
Once the order is completed, you will be sent a confirmation message in your email that includes your order number.

 

Where is your store located?

We are an online flower shop so we don’t have a physical store but you can view and order our products on our website.

How will I know if my order is confirmed and ready for processing?

After the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number.

Can you customize orders?

Yes, we make customized arrangements. Contact us through email for your requests.

Do you accommodate store pick-up?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept office pick-ups but we can arrange the delivery of your order at your preferred location everywhere within Metro Manila, Taytay, and some areas of Antipolo.

Do you deliver nationwide?

We only accept orders at locations within Metro Manila, Taytay, and some areas of Antipolo.

Can I place an order via phone or chat?

We need all our orders placed on our website www.flowerstoremanila.com but we can assist you.
